Crow's Nest was a delight. The views are spectacular, the service attentive and friendly, and the food is delicious! Brian the Manager checks on your experience and Cecilia our bartender and service is just top notch. We will return often!
Our bartender was fabulous ! Good suggestions and great libations! The staff was wonderful and asked if everything was to our liking.
Food was hot, fresh and beautifully prepared. Waitrss was pleasant and experienced. One of our best dinners in a long time. I had tuna and husband had filet

Beautiful sunset view they set us up with a great corner table and a service from Craig was excellent as always
The food and service were very good. Pork Chop is terrific! The wine list lacking choices on reds - they were out of one of their featured reds.
We had a terrific waiter, Craig. He met our needs well and was knowledgable, caring and humorous in a way that showed he reads people well. Lovely sunset and so nice to have a reservation that gave us a great night with friends. Thank you.
Came specifically for sunset and asked in advance for a table by the window. Didn't get one and couldn't see the sunset. Disappointing. Food, wine, service good.
The restaurant is very nice and it has a great view of the sunset. The ambiance and food was first class. I'll be back.
We had dinner timed perfectly with the sunset! I have been trying to get to this restaurant for 3 years and finally it all came together for a magical evening and dinner experience ♥️ The manager was fabulous assisting my husband who has issues with walking in getting us up the elevator. I requested a table by the window and it was the perfect view. Craig was our server and was impeccable in making sure we had everything we needed and accommodated my requests for dietary issues. We had the filet and it was cooked perfectly along with the other side dishes. We had the chocolate banana bread pudding dessert and it was delicious!! I highly recommend this restaurant and I can’t say enough about the quality of food, service, atmosphere and most of all the beautifully decorated inside and view of the sunset and ocean outside!

Leaving a bad review is not something I am accustomed to:
Below sub par food for a high price tag, and long wait times between courses. Beautiful view of the sunset and diligent busboys are the only reason for more than 1 star. The first warning sign should have been 1/2 dozen raw oysters for $24 served with more than 1/4 cup each of horseradish AND cocktail sauce, AND a minimum 16 saltine crackers…it was a bad omen.
The beef tips and lobster risotto were comical for the price. No lobster to be had in the ultra dry risotto, and the beef tips would have been good…had they been served as a meal on an airplane. We cancelled our seared tuna entree as it was over 25 mins since our apps were cleared with no notice from our waiter when our food would be out.
It was funny for the first 20 minutes, laughing about how it might be the worst meal-per -dollar we’ve had… when our entree failed to arrive we decided to cut our losses and leave. Shout out to the manager for hearing our concerns and canceling our entree so quickly. I can only recommend this place for cocktails and sunset. I’m sorry if the kitchen isn’t receiving honest feedback, but the food for the price point should be, at minimum, decent.

As expected, service and atmosphere were top shelf. The caprese salad was delicious. Hot food was, in a word, disappointing. My wife had the snapper special and I had the filet Oscar. Her fish was overcooked & dry. My steak, ordered rare, was overcooked and my fingerling potatoes were scorched black/charred on the bottom. Sorry to complain but was disappointing after all the hype, having not been there previously.
No wait with reservations, liked the decor little noisy but it's the holidays food was great service outstanding. Will return. On the pricy side. Overall enjoyable and wonderful experience. Recommend.
The host was lovely and very helpful in making sure we got the table we wanted and he handled giving my credit card to our server Richard who we know from this establishment. Richard always provides excellent service and is wonderful! I was underwhelmed by the food. Compared to other restaurants on the island, I would say it wasn't the best. My steak was just ok and for $58 for a 10oz steak it should have been amazing. One end wasn't as lean as I would have liked. The potatoes and veggies weren't piping hot as I prefer but the server did get me another order which was nice. The salad was good and the dessert was fabulous (brownie with ice cream and a bday candle) and ambience and views from this place are spectacular and lovely. Especially if you are seated for sunset. However when I looked at the fish entrees our friends got and my steak, I wasn't impressed by the size of the fish they got or the presentation. Sorry to say this but I think the food is better downstairs at the Old Captiva House but ask the prices of the specials as they can be high. I also have found bigger portions at a few other places around but not this kind of ambiance.
Our steak tasted like it was off. The servers tried but were not seasoned. The drinks we ordered were not made right. Someone needs to get this place managed! Great views, horrible service and food quality. Additionally, they won’t let you up to have a drink at the bar before dinner.

The Snapper Rockefeller was delicate and delicious as well as the asparagus. The Cesar salad could have used a little more flavoring. My husband had the filet w/ garlic mashed potatoes, carrots and asparagus, all was delicious as well. Topped it with my favorite, cream brûlée, yum, yum!!
