“I normally do not make bold claims about any establishment but I will say this.... China 1 is the best out of all the asian restaurants I used to eat at! Now I only want to eat from China 1! The food actually has flavor! I would gladly do business with this restaurant again!

(If you look at my previous reviews you will see that I don't give out 5 stars just to anyone, you truly have to earn 5 stars from me and this place earned it!)

“? Ambience, Service, and Food - Wonderful! ?

I decided to grab dinner here prior to attending an event at the Dr. Phillips Center about ten minutes away. There was a 15-20 minute wait before I was notified that my table was ready. The interior is small and intimate with a lovely ambience. Staff were all very friendly and answered all my questions. The food tasted wonderful, and the gyoza was among the best I’ve ever had. If you plan on eating here for dinner on the weekend, I recommend giving yourself plenty of buffer time—both for parking and service.

Did I mention the desserts? I got one of each (mochi and hojicha panda cotta) and both were scrape-up-every-bite good!“

Ordered the Shrimp Vermicelli and summer rolls which were amazing. The fried rice was tasty; and cooked without soy sauce or dairy! Pho portion was large and fragrant.
Went back for a takeout repeat and was throughly pleased with everything.“

“I’ve tried alot of the pho in Orlando. This was by far my favorite. The broth was light but fragrant. The chicken was fresh and tender. The lemon dipping sauce is also a game changer. The staff was incredibly nice. I also got the fried quails, they are a must try. I would definitely get them again. And a Thai tea. And I will definitely be back!“
