German cockroaches. I love me some Starbees, but as I was ordering a small German cockroach climber across the counter and the gentleman putting in the order did not seem surprised. German roaches are not like Palmetto bugs and aren’t one here and there, they live in colonies that are hard to get rid of. They need a bug guy or some gentrol. Everyone was nice that worked there though and the drinks were made well.

The young man named Chris that works in the drive thru is such a delight every time we catch him! I have also had a negative experience at your drive thru. Chris is exemplary of what great service looks like and this opinion is based on multiple interactions which is why I decided to come here to share. Keep up that great attitude Chris!
