Wendy's Reviews
The service last night was horrible. There was a young teen serving us behind he counter, who didn’t give two shits about customer service. He was pushing food on the counter, not calling customers forward. When asked questions, he would just shrug his shoulders. Of course my order needed me going back to the counter at least 3 times for correction!

Would you eat this baked potatoes? Got home and its black and smells but this Wendy's thought it looked acceptable to serve!!
Ridiculous they asked me what sauce I wanted with the nuggets and still didn't put it in the bag. Get home the nuggets are cold fries were cold. And never got my frosty that I was charged for. One burger was mashed like it was done fast. And the other Litterally had oil dripping out of the wrapper. And these are the people wanting 15/hr what a joke

Wendy's in Casselberry provides a reliable fast food experience with both drive-thru and dine-in options. The restaurant features clean, single-use restrooms, but the sitting area has been described as uninviting, with non-functional outlets and a 'get in, get out' atmosphere. WiFi is available, though customers are encouraged to use it elsewhere.
The food includes Dave's Single burger and French toast sticks, with the burger generally praised for its quality, while the French toast sticks received some criticism. Recent reviews mention that the food is often fresh and just right, and that employees like Alan and Crystal are friendly, attentive, and helpful. One customer appreciated the efficient service, and another noted that their burger was good once they removed unwanted ingredients from the mechanized ordering system.
Prices tend to be on the higher side, with a meal for two sometimes exceeding $20. Overall, the new building and attentive service make Wendy's a notable option in Casselberry, despite some complaints about the sitting area and French toast sticks.
