Last two time I ordered food there's the guy in the gray shirt taking orders and packing food is rude , seems like he gets the orders all wrong and gets upset over it when someone complaints about it , inside dinning doors was closed before 9pm on a Saturday night . ordered a side of gravy they charged me but no gravy in the bag (not the first time) . Awesome job employees are nice and the food was great
The fact is this place may have a good chicken sandwich but everything else is awful! Let’s start with the staff (including managers) who always have a nasty attitude, talk about customers negatively, and always rushing you and lord forbid you ask for anything extra: honey or sauce packets, napkins, ketchup, etc. you either won’t get it or you’ll get scolded with words or eyes just for asking.
