The staff was nice but the cashier so busy on and off his phone guess reading messages,I get check my order,I said twice no lettuce,and had to keep repeating order,how bout had lettuce on my sandwich,thats sad,don't listen
I give it a 3 only because of Tay who works the drive thru window. She has been so nice and always makes sure we get our food is fresh. However, any other time that I come to this whataburger, I am told to pull forward (while being the only person in line) and I watch 5 cars get their food after I placed my order paid and had already been waiting. Hands down the slowest whataburger I have been to.
Excellent Food, Wonderful Staff, Very Nice and Friendly, would eat anytime and recommend to anybody. It is so clean and the food is so good. I always have a good time at my local whataburger
