The chicken was very dry and not crispy at all. No batter and tasted like there want even skin on it. My partner did not like it at all said it was the worst kfc chicken he has ever gotten. Sides weren’t all that great

They staff is horrible. I went through the drive through. I ordered chicken strips, was told I had to wait 10 minutes. I was ok with that. I ordered 2 pot pies, was told I had to wait 20 minutes. I was ok with that. I parked waited for them to bring my food. 30 minutes later. I called asking if I needed to come in to get it. They said no and brought it out. I ask the girl if my sauce was in bag. She said no and told me to go back through the drive through if I wanted it and walked away from me. I WILL NOT BE BACK. You think with all the chicken restaurants in are small town they might want to get it together.

The only complaint I have is they put so much salt on the French fries I couldn't even eat mine..It's that way almost every time..The fries come already seasoned so why put salt on them?..Leave it up to the consumer if they want added stuff on their food..The cooks should be told do not salt the fries!..The way their going all their customers will have high blood pressure!..Sure I could just stop eating there but it shouldn't have to just because someone is salt happy!

There was trash on the food prep area "Christmas light boxes and candy boxes" there was also old food dropped on the floor "chicken leg" and not cleaned up. Not till another customer and I started talking did someone come up. I even help eye contact with the manager/team lead for several minutes until he looked away.

KFC used to be the place to go but I guess not anymore. I don't think they sell chicken there anymore. It's got to be pigeon or crow or something because I've never seen a chicken thigh this small in my life. This place has turned into an absolute waste of money. I gave them three chances at this location and every time I went there I was beyond disappointed because the food was either bad or in this case not even close to worth what I paid for it. They should really be ashamed at what they're giving people for their money. I'll never be back don't worry.

Great staff, fast and attentive. Soda machine was down but the staff was friendly and refilled with kindness. Food was hot and fresh. Can't go wrong with the KFC OC!
