Disappointed with food. Asked for chicken livers and got all gizzards and ONE chicken liver.
I got an 8 piece meal for a family of 4 with 7 pieces of chicken. You figure it out ...
I went through the drive thru and I had an extremely pleasant experience. The drive thru rep, Summer, was very professional, friendly, and had excellent customer service skills. My order was perfect. The KFC employees in Perry need to get trained by Summer. Her work ethic and personality traits are exceptional and rare in today's society. Thank you, Summer, for the way you treated me. I greatly appreciate it.

KFC offers great food and friendly service. The staff is attentive and kind, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant has kid-friendly food options and is wheelchair accessible. Parking can be a challenge, especially for larger vehicles. Despite occasional limitations on food selection, the customer service is exceptional. Enjoy hot and fresh food at KFC, where the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.
