Food arrived fresh and delicious quickly when ordered through Slice. They left out the dessert accidentally because they were distracted when the driver showed up with his precious child. They called immediately when they realized this and sent an employee to personally deliver the forgotten confection (which was devine)!

“My husband and I always come down to this hotel about 2-3 times a year and love it! Chair rentals, beach service, no car needed as it’s convenient to everything, & the ocean view rooms are great as well with good sized balconies! It’s right on the water and the Restaurant/bar offers great food and drinks as well! We love coming down and always enjoy our stay!!”

“King’s Pizza was SO good! We’re staying at the Wyndham Grand and got in right around closing time. The bartender recommended this spot, and we didn’t realize it was literally right out the front door, so we DoorDashed it. Honestly, recommend either way if you’ve had a long day.

We got the meat lovers pizza and garlic knots: both were fab! We plan to come back to this area a few times a year, and this will definitely be our go-to pizza place from now on. 🍕👏”

“Sophia was our server on 7/30/25 around 3:30 PM, and she was an absolute joy! She went out of her way to make our kids feel special, and her kind, caring attitude truly turned our day around after a disappointing experience at Eskpades. I understand both spots may be under the same management, and that’s fine—my previous review was simply to bring attention to how guests were being treated there.

This review, however, is to highlight the stellar service we received from Sophia at Doks. She completely redeemed our experience at Club Wyndham. The food was great, the drinks were even better, and the overall atmosphere has kept us coming back daily since Friday the 25th. They even bring food and drinks right to the pool!

“Great place to hang out, eat, and enjoy the scenery. Shepard's is located on a quiet portion of the Clearwater inlet. They have a private sandy beach that can be accessed by small boats or jet skies. They have a stage for live entertainment and covered areas with separate liquor bars. Each covered, open air pavilion, offers TVs in each corner so folks can enjoy individual live games. Shepard's wait staff was super. Our waiter Alan was on top of things and met our needs; he didn't allow our drink glasses to get dry.”

“Wonderful service, the food was incredible, and the view was unbeatable. We watched the sun set over the gulf while enjoying our starter (whipped feta and beets) and sipping our drinks. The valet service was great, although retrieving the car took some time. The wait staff were timely and attentive, they served with grace, and they knew the menu items well; our server described the dishes we asked about with lots of detail.”

“The food was top notch or as our outstanding server (Blake) put it "they make everything the hard way, from scratch". We liked it so much we booked a table for New Years Eve and again were wowed by the food and the service. The one drawback was the host stand supervisor. She was snotty and imperious and could really use some training in basic customer service. Once you make it past her you will be rewarded with a wonderful and memorable meal. I would highly recommend the place and look forward to returning again.”

“What a walk down memory lane this is!!! We haven’t been to Bobby’s Bistro, or its more upscale sister restaurant the Beachcomber in years. Twenty years ago, these two restaurants were the absolute “It” place, the best in Tampa. Amazingly, the decor is exactly the same as 20 years ago but somehow doesn’t look dated at all. The food was fantastic. We met George, our server, who is a bit of a celebrity, and he was super nice and gave me a supersized shot! Glad to give this notable establishment a great review!”
