“My mom used to buy us bagels from here 30+ years ago. Being a NYer she prided herself knowing what a REAL bagel should taste like.... Clearwater Bagels was that for her and for all of us, for all these years! Mom passed in 2020, so we haven't been out that way in years. I was so happy to see it still thriving! I'll be back to bring her grandson, a new generation, to experience a REAL NY bagel.“

“I’ve always loved Einsteins, but I love this place better than all the others I’ve been to. The reasons are simple: it has to do with leadership and management of the store. Rozina is a phenomenal leader and manager. She hires great local talent and trained them to be kind, empathetic, and use high emotional intelligence. This is truly rare in today’s world, especially in a labor pool that is so limited. Of course the food is good of course it’s on time. Of course it’s a good price. These are table stakes. What they bring is something beyond that. And frankly, it’s just good old kindness. THIS is a sustainable competitive business advantage in today’s world. Who would’ve thought that a value like kindness could drive so much business?
By the way, she also owns the Westshore Pizza in the same building and can all those trays can easily be claimed for them as well. Get the connection?
