I love Starbucks but this location needs to train their people on customer interaction. The girl at the window in the drive-through shouldn't be in this position. She seems angry every time I come through which is almost every day. She doesn't wanna give you a cupholder with a hot drink. I have to ask for it. No other store does this. Are cupholders at a shortage? The cup is hot. It should be automatic. If you're too lazy to spend one second to put the cupholder...
Literally hours later I remembered to come leave this review because rarely do I see someone so easily great at what they’re doing. Guy with ornaments in his beard is a top tier employee. He easily read the room and saw exactly who was drinking what and who was yet to be served. He calmly communicated so effortlessly with my friend and I and others easily from across the room. If you do raises in the barista industry, this is the one. Keep him around and happy!
If you go here, use the drive thru.. they absolutely prioritize it over in person. The people are nice, and they don’t ignore you… but I have been here daily for the last week plus and every single time I am at the counter I get a « we will be right with you » which is better then being ignored.. but half the time I was the only one there.
