Taco Bell in Clearwater

“Made a late night run for food and unlike McDonald’s Taco Bell was still open. I got 3 soft taco supremes and a steak quesadilla. The food was good and tasted like typical Taco Bell. The employee working the drive thru window was very friendly and overall the staff was great and I got my food quickly!“

“This review is not towards Taco Bell, but towards the general manager (Joe) at this location he is by far the worst person I have ever seen work at a fast food restaurant. I have passed by and overheard him through the speaker on the drive-through cussing through the background, calling customers bad names. I guess he thought we couldn’t hear him. I have also been inside the restaurant and have personally seen him mistreat his employees calling them. disgusting names, using profanity, knowing that some of them are minors or elders he has slammed his hand aggressively on the counter while screaming at people faces and talks very disrespectfully to the pain customers I can guarantee you if he’s on shift I do not show up. it’s a very bad reputation for the company to have somebody like this work for them. If they care about their business, they will get rid of people with this kind of customer service. it is 100% a lawsuit just waiting to happen. The guy definitely needs anger management classes and a drug abuse course because there is definitely something wrong. I honestly feel very bad for the employees that work there Hopefully corporate one day walks in. And realizes the sort of abuse their employees go through to make minimum wage at a job I Put one star because I couldn’t give them a -10 one employee will make the entire company sink“

“They were closed to the public but still let us in bc their doors were open for Uber and doordash only late night. I guess maybe they should lock their doors at a certain time in my opinion OR a large sign on door BUT GREAT MEAL MANAGER WAS SO KIND AS WELL AS STAFF... AWESOME EXPERIENCE BECAUSE I WAS HAVING A BAD DAY“

“It actually is a very nice place to eat and the staff are very polite. What a great experience. There was a transient bothering us and the whole crew went out there and took care of it. I appreciate this all very much since you don't see it much anymore. THANK YOU STAFF AT TACO BELL 7/29/25 5pm“

“I enjoyed good customer service. Staff was polite and friendly! Tortillas were soft and warm. My tacos were prepared fresh and were delicious. I asked for a large cup of ice. I was given that cup of ice without being charged for it. That's refreshing!“

“They have the most AMAZING manager Jolie. She is always so nice to her customers and employees Everytime I go in there. The crew are also very nice. The food is always fresh and hot and the wait time is not bad at all. Also I love how the lobby and restroom is always so clean!!! This is by far my favorite Taco Bell. Keep up the amazing work yall“
