“The lobby was closed, but a lovely employee was kind enough to take my order without any hesitation since the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and went out of her way to help. Great customer service like that doesn’t go unnoticed, and I really appreciated her making my long day a bit easier. “the service was amazing, i came at 11:40pm on august 28 and the guy on the headset and at the window were both very helpful and professional. the service was so fast and they weren’t skimpy on the food. incredible bell experience, and i wish i could say that’s the expectation at most taco bell franchises these days but not quite. yall run a sensationally tight ship over here!“
“We only visited this Taco Bell location because it was close to Tropicana Field, but I wish it was my neighborhood location! This was the freshest taco I’ve gotten in a long time. The Doritos Locos Taco was so fresh and crisp I was shocked. I forgot they could (or SHOULD) be this crisp and tasty! The only reason I didn’t rate atmosphere was because we used the drive-through, however there was a sign on the window stating the dining area was closed “for safety”? It did take a little while in the drive-through, but we had a fairly large order and it was FRESH. I’d wait that long every time though if it meant the food we received was equally fresh and tasty. Well worth it!“
“I was given a small cup when my order called for a medium I asked the lady at the window did the cup size change for the medium she insisted thats always been the size of the medium cup , I went back to a different location , I ended up getting the medium 20oz cup like always she gave me the 16oz cup at this location.“
“Just went today and ordered a Quesadilla combo with customization and a side of sauce. Soft taco and large drink. Soda tasted great, food was fresh and prepared correctly, service was nice. Staff in the back was cheerful and on their game. Thanks for a good lunch.“
