The unit in Clermont, FL is the WORST Chillis in the United States. I've placed an order for some wings through their app... drove to pick up. I wanted the sauce on the side but their app has no such option. So I thought: I'll order and just call the store quickly and ask for sauce on the side. That's when it all went wrong. Phone doesn't work or they don't answer on purpose. I've arrive at 9:05pm... and asked them right away. My order was already ready with sauce on the wings....read full review
Did delivery last night and we threw 90% of the food away due to being over cooked, inedible, weird color or texture. Waste of money and took over an hour to get the food in the first place. Won’t do that again.
