I’m a gringo, so I’m not going to pretend I know all the proper words for how good this food is, but wow. Every empanada I tried was absolutely amazing. Crispy, hot, packed with flavor, and gone way too fast.

The Pabellón plate was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. No exaggeration. I was sitting there like, “Yep, this is the kind of meal that changes people.”

Fast service, great food, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The owners are amazing people too, and they made the whole experience even better. If you haven’t tried La Jefa del Pabellón yet, fix your life and go.

“We visited this mini food truck park and really enjoyed our experience. The atmosphere was pleasant, with tables set up under a tent for comfortable seating. Service was great, the staff were friendly and professional. The food did not disappoint. We ordered tequeños, a beef empanada, a breakfast arepa, and a steak arepa with added sweet plantains. Everything was delicious and very filling.
Overall, it was a great spot to grab a tasty meal and relax. We’ll definitely be back!“

“This is a hidden gem from the moment I walked in I knew this place was gonna be good this place has an inviting atmosphere and every dish I have tried has excelent flavor and is present good every bite delivered bold, rich flavor with out feeling overly heavy and you can tell the ingredients are fresh and well combine. If your coming here I recomend the Mixed Pepito Mixed Pepito, a half sub overflowing with grilled chicken, angus beef, potatoes, melted cheese, and bright garlic sauce flavors that sang in perfect harmony or my favorite type of burger the triple (3-Protein) Burger followed, loaded with beef, chicken, and smoked pork, all wrapped in melty cheese, bacon, and tangy slaw. Overall if your close and craving something memorable head straight to Mayamero it’s a perfect experience and the food is excelent!!“

“I was recommended by coworkers, friends, and family to try their food because I would not regret it. I went yesterday for the first time and tried the Empanada Pabellon. It has white rice, black beans, shredded beef, and plantains in it. I tried this with their green sauce and Oh my God, it was so good! I went back to order more empanadas! I also ordered Cachapa with shredded beef and cheese. My son loved it. The ladies were super sweet and efficient. The tables and area were very clean. I will definitely be coming back 😍“
