I’m a gringo, so I’m not going to pretend I know all the proper words for how good this food is, but wow. Every empanada I tried was absolutely amazing. Crispy, hot, packed with flavor, and gone way too fast.

The Pabellón plate was honestly one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. No exaggeration. I was sitting there like, “Yep, this is the kind of meal that changes people.”

Fast service, great food, and everything tasted fresh and homemade. The owners are amazing people too, and they made the whole experience even better. If you haven’t tried La Jefa del Pabellón yet, fix your life and go.

It has white rice, black beans, shredded beef, and plantains in it. I tried this with their green sauce and Oh my God, it was so good! I went back to order more empanadas! I also ordered Cachapa with shredded beef and cheese. My son loved it. The ladies were super sweet and efficient. The tables and area were very clean. I will definitely be coming back 😍“
