I don’t understand why this place is ALWAYS so slow! The one in Merritt is never like this. I come here for convenience but it’s definitely not convenient sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes for 2 meals… ridiculous. Not to mention the workers are pretty rude…
Love the pretzels, but I dread getting a shake here. Because if I do, I cannot drink it for the life of me because it is too thick.
How hard is it to make an order for one drink with 4 total ingredients. Every time I order a cherry limeade all the lazy employees put in the cup is sprite and cherry syrup. No limes or cherries. You pay extra for the drink to get a basic soda. Has happened 10+ times. You see why they work at sonic

Sonic Drive-In offers fresh food with a quick service experience, although there have been issues such as missing utensils and limited restroom options. Many of the ordering windows are often out of service, which forces customers to use the drive-thru, leading to potential confusion. Despite being slightly overpriced, the hot and fast food delivery makes it a convenient choice for those looking for a speedy meal option. While the food is typically made fresh to order and tastes terrific, there have been complaints about incorrect orders and lack of communication, particularly regarding specific items like a Reece buttercup Blast with chocolate ice cream. Additionally, the service experience can vary, with some staff members, like Colleen, going above and beyond to assist customers, even when faced with challenges.
