Went with my family and friends. The employee was so patient with us, since half of us didn’t speak English so it was 2 of us ordering for 8 people, including 2 elderly who’d only have sugar free ice cream. In the end, everyone got what they wanted.

2 weeks in a row there is a sign that says β€œrestocking/bathroom break be right back”

Waited 15 minutes each time. Decided to just go to Fat Donkey.

I saw them lose 10-15 customers each time to the Fat Donkey. I’m sure they lost much more.

They do have good ice cream and the service is good when they’re present.
