Came here on Saturday night 10/11 around 8:30 and the place was empty. A few tables were seated outside and 1 or 2 inside. Server took 15 min to come to the table....while it's THAT slow??? I got a few things all were just ok but the philly cheesesteak taco was absolutely disgusting, the meat was too chewy and had a bad flavor. Portion sizes are a joke compared to the HEFTY price tag each item comes with. No soda refills, that's something they hide. And when i looked at the receipt they charged me $5 for a can of coke but receipt said mexican glass soda. Management said its just how they have it labeled in the system. Coke at 4x the price?Total ripoff!!! There's plenty of better options nearby

There are bartenders… and then there’s Alejandro. The man doesn’t just make drinks — he creates moments. Every cocktail felt like it had a little story behind it, and somehow he managed to match each one perfectly to our mood. You walk in for a drink, but you leave feeling like you’ve been part of an experience. Ten out of ten!!

Honestly wish there was a negative option. Their food is good don’t get me wrong but the service doesn’t equate. None of the servers have good energy and only pay attention to the white men at the bar. But that’s not what was my last straw. Why do your hours say u close at 11pm but I show up at 10pm and the restaurant is no longer taking food orders ONNA FRIDAY NIGHT. This is not the first time this has happened either. Do better.

Walked in on a Friday night before 9pm the restaurant was dead, sat at the bar, the bar tender said kitchen was closed, another server Said kitchen was open. Asked bar tender what drinks they had on draft she said nothing good said she stated the light beer was gross. Ordered food, at this point I don’t even want a drink or food. Order a soda, bar tender said the soda is gross and recommends only bottle soda. She definitely did not want to work at 9pm. Will not recommend to anyone. Especially in a Friday night.

Used to come here often but will never ever return again. First off the service was horrible she had an attitude and was dressed I don’t even know how to explain but her whole rear end was hanging out-could care less about the rear end but spare us your attitude. The food has gone beyond downhill there was no flavor and VERY small portions for the overprice you pay. The place was just hot and dirty and we all agreed we never want to come back and there are far better Taco options opening up left and right in the area.

Dear Management,

I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent visit to your Coconut Creek location. Last night, I met three friends for Happy Hour and we were excited to enjoy Mexican food and cocktails. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing from start to finish.

Upon arrival, we noticed the restaurant’s AC was not functioning properly. An industrial fan at the entrance provided little relief, leaving the dining area dark, humid, and uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness was concerning as well — our wooden table was sticky, worn, and even prickly to the touch, creating the potential for injury.

Our server seemed unprepared to answer basic menu questions, such as whether the chicken tacos used white or dark meat or what brand of rum was in the mojito. Only when I insisted did she check for the answers. We also ordered waters right away, yet they did not arrive until well after our food was served — despite me having to go to the bar myself to ask. Even then, the bar staff failed to acknowledge me and were dismissive.

On a positive note, one young man who brought our food was polite and professional, and the trio of dips was enjoyable (though the queso tasted artificial). Unfortunately, the beef tacos — which could have been the highlight — were served at room temperature. The empanadas were fair at best and tasted as though they may have been made with canned chicken. Service was slow and inattentive; for example, we had to request additional chips twice before receiving them.

Finally, the restroom facilities were shockingly unclean. The conditions resembled those of a neglected roadside gas station, which was both unacceptable and concerning from a health standpoint.

Overall, between the broken AC, lack of cleanliness, poor service, and subpar food quality, this visit was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning, but I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these issues so future guests may have a better experience.

Ate there today, this was the worse experience ever!! Was seated but waited never came back to take our order. Shortly the manager came , took our order. Once to food came out, we ate but not satisfied at all. the food had NO FLAVOR, portions are small for the price. We would ask the waitress for multiple items and she would bring them out one by one. I will never eat here again! And would never recommend anyone else to eat there.

One of the worst dining experiences in Coconut Creek. Naked Taco (4443 Lyons Rd) used to be great, but now it’s greasy tacos, bad margaritas, a lukewarm martini served in plastic cups, and dishonest service. Won’t be returning.
