Great pizza and amazing service
Had a great experience at Son of a Bianchi. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and we really enjoyed the food.
We came specifically for the deep dish and it did not disappoint. It does take a little longer, but that’s completely normal for this style of pizza. A proper deep dish takes time to cook, and when it came out, it was hot, fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth the wait.

Son of a Bianchi Pizzeria in Coconut Creek is a local spot with a genuine mom and pop feel. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and there is real care behind the food and the experience. It does not have a corporate or chain restaurant vibe at all. It feels like a neighborhood business that takes pride in what they serve and appreciates the people who walk through the door.
The pizza is excellent, fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The deep dish is the star of the show, with a thick, perfectly baked crust, generous toppings, plenty of cheese, and incredible flavor in every bite. It takes a little longer, but that is completely normal for this style of pizza. A proper deep dish takes time to cook, and when it came out, it was hot, fresh, flavorful, and absolutely worth the wait. The Hawaiian NY style impressed with dough that had no flop, incredible flavors, and the perfect amount of crisp. The calzone was probably the best in 25 years of eating calzones. Everything is fresh top quality ingredients. Wings and NY style pizza looked amazing. The portion was satisfying, and it was well worth the price. Great food, great people, and a really cool local spot.
