“Went on a Tuesday evening and there were only a few patrons inside. Waitress gave me a few recommendations which I took. The slow cooked vacio was tender & delicious. Was like your grandmother did the cooking. The a jus it was served with was full of flavor. If you enjoy meat & potatoes this is your dish. They serve it with a butter knife:)
The limoncello cake for desert was unique and delicious as well. Thoroughly enjoyed my meal and I look forward to a return trip.“

“The place is super nice, consistently attended by its waiters, with excellent service. To start, we had some delicious empanadas. We had sorrentinos and spaghetti for the main course, and they were delicious! And for dessert, dulce de leche pancake with ice cream. Very lovely atmosphere! Highly recommended!“

“Discovered this great place for spectacular steak made on grill or wood oven. Was lucky enough to be there today as they roasted beef, ribs, and a lamb over open wood Fire. The chef was all over it, every plate, every meal she had an input on all of it. It’s like every table was treated as a VIP table.“

“Tonight's dinner was at @fuegosds in Doral! Since I have to walk most places while I'm here, I've been looking for places nearby, and this one definitely didn't disappoint. 🇦🇷
I had the:
🥩 Bife de Chorizo (16 oz. Angus NY Strip)
🥟 Empanadas del Campo (Braised Short Rib)
🥃 Smoked Old Fashioned
The steak was great! It came with a chimichurri that was packed with flavor. I poured some over the top for the picture, but I was dipping every bite in it too. 😂
The rustic potatoes were cooked perfectly. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned just enough to let the potato do its thing.
The short rib empanada was really good too. The pastry was flaky and had a nice crunch, while the filling was rich and full of flavor.
After spending all day working on the grill, that smoked Old Fashioned really hit the spot. Don't mind the little burn I got on my hand today, lol.

“The pictures made it look more casual but the dining room was nice albeit it a bit dated. The staff were friendly and welcoming and our waiter was great. He was refreshingly genuine , warm and professional. We had the Tuna Tartar ( a tad too much soy sauce ) Beet salad w goat cheese. Mussels and Spaghetti fruit di mare . All of it was fresh tasting and flavorful. Enjoyed it all. No spirits but great selection of Beer, Wine, Sangria and Champagne All in all a lovely experience with good food and service.Totally recommend it“

“I had an incredible experience at Rancho Criollo. The flavors were absolutely mouthwatering, and the meat was tender and perfectly seasoned. The variety of Latin-inspired dishes on the menu was just perfect, and the friendly staff made the whole experience even better . I highly recommend trying their delicious cachapas and grilled meats. This food truck is a must-visit for any food lover!!“

Marcelo and Alejandra were very welcoming and provided great service to me. It's easy to find the location and parking is accessible, basically right there next to food truck. “The service was absolutely excellent, and so was the food. The prices were not too expensive, one of the best priced places in the area. The restaurant +bar is situated outside and gives a great view of the water. Even though it is outside, it is not very hot because of great air conditioning.“

“We had plans to go to a different restaurant and stumbled on Loretta and the Butcher - so glad we did. The food was terrific and the young lady who took care of us was great. My husband had the Milanese sandwich which was delicious, and I had the Ensalada Griega and it was very tasty. We are from Upstate New York and we enjoyed the outside service and decor. After dinner we were headed to the airport to return home and ended up leaving something, that was very special to our 12 year old, at the restaurant. The staff was so sweet and went out of their way to get it back to us. He (and we agree) said next time we are in Miami; we are definitely going to Loretta and the Butcher - 5 stars all across the board!“
