The menu isn’t straight forward and not easily readable until you are closer or tall. People congregate inside of the small area waiting for their food and it is congested.“

“My group had a wonderful time at ZOI Restaurant today lunch time. There were 10 of us celebrating 2 Birthday’s. From the large free parking lot to the entrance, gorgeous orchids growing on the lush trees greet you. The outdoor garden patio seating area where we dined is magical, and the seats are so plush and comfortable. It’s an unexpected botanical garden of palms, cycads, orchids, and bromeliads surrounding large lagoons. The Mediterranean /Greek food is wonderfully delicious, especially the variety of Mezzes that I had. The grilled Octopus and Lamb Chops were sensational. ZOI has developed the perfect mix of food, intimacy, and culinary expertise. Management spoiled us with pampering and great service. This place was so much fun, we didn’t want to leave.“

“I just wandered into this place this morning. I was early for an appointment down the street and I noticed all this construction in front of this Greek restaurant. Actually, I felt sorry for a small business that was cut off from traffic so I went in for breakfast. I can tell you it was the best Greek omelette I’ve ever had in my life… And I’m Greek! “We had the spinach wrap and a salad and both was great. Too bad they don’t have an outdoor seating. Two tiny tables plus chairs in front of the shop would ve been amazing and add to their charm. Unfortunately its more like a take away. You can sit inside but because of the freezing aircon we couldn’t really feel as cozy as the vibes actually are. It’s a really cute and cool place and the food is lovely. Loved the freshness and especially the sauce that comes along the wrap - omg 🤤 hope to be back. I unfortunately didn’t take pics of our food as we were so starving. Check it out yourself when you are around. Its worth it. Updated from previous review on 2021-11-21“

“Dined out here in our last night with my DW. Service was phenomenal. Food unfortunately was average. It was not bad, but for the type or class of restaurant, it could've been outstanding. I had a skirt steak, medium, with French fries. A classic Parisian steak frites. Sauce was good but no memorable, steak was good, but also not memorable, however the cooked it correctly. DW had crab cakes and they were average. It's a good restaurant, with an amazing service, but food can be better in order for them to stand above the crowd.“

“The vibe is good but the food is mediocre and not representative of what’s on the menu. I ordered a green salad with heirloom tomatoes but I received a salad with baby tomatoes. There’s a big difference between baby and heirloom tomatoes. Fraudulent to advertise heirloom tomatoes and serve baby tomatoes. The burger is also tiny and bland. The mango chili dessert was good though.“

I really appreciate the amount of options they had. I tried the pita melt and I love it but It was too much for me, next time I'll be sharing the combo.“

For take out orders it can often take around 20 minutes for an order to be ready but worth the wait considering that most orders are made to order and not just food sitting around, great people who run this place and has become a family tradition for so many tourists in this area.“
