“Located in a strip mall on Stirling Road just west of University Drive, this spot is great for poke, ramen, or boba. You can order from iPads right by the entrance or staff can help you order at the counter. They have a wheel to spin if you spend over a certain amount to get some item free, who doesn't love a good wheel spin. There is a cute wall of Polaroids and stickies and games to play and hang out while you eat. The menu seems a bit overwhelming for some reason but there were some pics of the most popular dishes on the wall for a guide. We opted to try a ramen, poke bowl, sesame balls, and boba. Their build your own poke bowl is delish! Boba can be customized many different ways. The sesame balls were good but not the best I've had, maybe a little too over cooked for me. The bobas were tasty and even at 1/2 sweet the lychee butterfly one was still pretty sweet. Staff is super friendly and when they are making the bubble waffles, the places smells amazing!! Definitely worth a try or three!“

“I recently visited Mi Tea in North Miami Beach and ordered their popular Taro and Brown Sugar Boba Tea. While I appreciated the generous size of the drink for the price, I didn’t quite enjoy it as much as I expected. The staff warned me that their taro is thicker and different from others, which was true. Although I’m glad I tried it, I wouldn’t return specifically for this drink. However, I might consider coming back to try another flavor in the future, as the variety they offer is intriguing. Plus, the location is convenient, being next to a great Asian market, and the staff were very nice. Overall, it’s a good spot for a quick boba, and I’m open to exploring more options from their menu.“

“One of the best Korean fried chickens spots I've ever had. Really good . Cooked perfect and nice sized meal. We spend about 60$ for lunch for the 2 of us. 1 boneless order, 1 wing order , kimichi fried rice which was amazing and had a nice kick to it, order of fried dumplings and 1 can of soda. Food came out hot and fresh, definitely made to order. Staff was friendly and took their time with us as it was our first visit. Will 100% come back again. No complaints at all.“

“All bubble tea is not created equal - trust me. There is a difference in quality, and Kung Fu is among the best. It's a global chain, and they manage great quality control. The classic milk tea is the perfect balance of sweetness, and an added bonus is the variety of toppings - including their delicious brown sugar boba.

“I visited Borasoo Cafe and had the black sugar milk tea. The drink was delicious, with a rich and satisfying flavor, but unfortunately, they had run out of boba for the day, which was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, I can try it with the boba next time!

“Summer Wood Cafe a new place in town we didn’t know existed for the past year. It was clean and welcoming. We ordered Lychee Lemon Tea, Cake Cream bubble tea, and Iced Thai tea and all agreed it was a thumbs up. We also ordered Dumplings as appetizers and later the Double Dragon Tempura Roll, Summer Sky Lobster Roll and Tempura J B Roll, and Hibachi Chicken Fried Rice and all of it was delicious! Not only was the staff super friendly but they even came out with birthday music in English, Cantonese, Spanish and French and even ice cream for our son, without us even asking. “This place has really great prices. On Uber Eats they offer a few BOGO deals too. I have tried their Boba teas before and they are really tasty. That being said, their ramen was not the best. I'm usually hesitant of spots that serve both hot and cold Japanese foods like ramen and sushi because it tends to be a jack of all trades situation. The broth was not very flavorful, and the egg in my tonkotsu ramen was hard boiled. Granted, this was a delivery order but I've ordered ramen from other places where the egg comes soft cooked like it should be. The dumplings, and California roll were okay. For these prices I'd come here again because nothing tasted bad, but if you aren't on a budget and want more flavorful ramen, I recommend Zuru Ramen or Shimuja Ramen.“

Order at the register and build your bowl with tons of fresh ingredients. The staff even offered to cook my salmon after discovering it was typically served as sushi-grade salmon, raw from the bar.
