Combination Mi is not as great as the ones I used to get from Paris Banh Mi in Orlando or Jacksonville, FL, but artichoke tea is still the same taste. Seating environment was organized, tidy, and clear of clusters. Bathroom is appropriately and professionally clean, best of all Asian restaurants I've been too.Parking: Plenty of parking right in front of the restaurantKid-friendliness: Kids can have a small birthday get-together here with lots of small menu to order.
Great casual Vietnamese food. This spot is perfect for lunch. They have some options for boba and fresh prepackaged food as well! I definitely recommend the banh mi. You order at the counter and get a buzzer to retrieve your food at the counter.

I came here for Mi Quang and it's really good!!! My boyfriend ordered "Pho tai" and it's okay. I have Flan for dessert and I love it. The store's spacious and clean. It's kinda self-service like when we buy Banh mi. But everything like sauce, utensils,... are available so we don't need to bother the staffs. We'll come back.
