I am writing this review to document a serious food safety issue and the restaurant’s failure to adequately resolve it. In 7/22/2025, I ordered a flan via Uber eats from the Kendall Location. Upon delivery, the flan had visible MOLD GROWTH. I immediately disposed of the entire order to protect my health. I contacted the management, Lidia and Eva, Communications Director, who agreed to a refund and a small gift card. Pésima atención, forma inadecuada por parte del personal de realizar su labor. Después de transcurrir media hora en el establecimiento nos informan que está cerrado. De malas formas. y continúan atendiendo a otros clientes. Cuando el horario que se encuentra allí abarca el horario que nos encontrábamos. Nos dieron un libro de reclamaciones que no tenía para sacar la copia correspondiente. Y el personal no nos quiso proporcionar ni su nombre.
