Amazing food and wonderful service! Our waiter was incredibly attentive (I wish I remembered his name). My mom prefers her salmon very well done, and although we hadn’t been specific, Ryan personally came to our table to apologize, which truly wasn’t necessary, not they’re fault at all. My dining experience at the Americana Kitchen and Bar was exceptional. The venue itself is beautiful, with high ceilings, well-spaced tables, and a pleasantly low noise level that allows for easy conversation. The open kitchen adds to the sophisticated atmosphere, but what truly elevated our evening was the service. Our server, Jordan, was incredibly attentive and friendly, providing a five-star experience that made the entire night unforgettable.

I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant! Apart from being situated in a beautiful hotel like The Loews, the restaurant itself has a modern but posh ambiance.
