Went based on Mr. 305 Eat’s recommendation because he usually doesn’t miss. The food really was good (8.75/10) but for two sandwiches with a few extra add-ons and two drinks it was $61. We walked in to, as another review eluded to, a hole in the wall restaurant (generous description) and were the only customers and ordered at the kiosk where the two employees never addressed us. They forgot to put mozzarella on one sandwich and when we brought it up they did correct the mistake and gave us a free bag of chips - which was nice. Overall, hard to recommend others come try given it costs an absurd amount to eat at a rundown motel turned office park.

Overpriced for what you get and super long wait - not worth the hype .. don’t believe everything you see on social media

I really enjoy their sandwiches but they’re expensive. I got two sandwiches last time with barely any ham, cheese, veggies, etc. It was nothing like pictures and very poorly made. When I messaged them to let them know, they did nothing about it. Wasn’t expecting anything from them, but at least a response/ apology. I honestly don’t know if I’d go back.

This is why I'm not into follow Social Media Suggestions, they are 80% fake or inaccurate. This place looks like a whole in the whole, that is not necessary bad, however the product is definitely over price, but big time. A sandwich full of fig jelly, 2 slices of prosciutto and 2 pieces of melted cheese, $23 , Really? Just a few weeks ago we had the best Focaccia Sandwiches, actually seating in a place, enjoying a glass of wine, with double the size and more that double the content for $25. This, to me, is a rip off. Will not come back or recommend it to anyone.

Fell short of expectations. Got the 6pm in Tuscany which was $27. Chicken cutlet unfortunately tasted like it came from the frozen section at Publix. For the price tag would have expected a chicken cutlet made from scratch. Underwhelming to say the least.

Great sandwiches, particularly the fig jam ones and the 6pm in Tuscany. A bit overpriced though

Food was super mid. Online ordering Austen was not “open” for orders so I called to order and no one would pick up the phone. I thought surely they were packed and could not answer the phone upon our arrival, the shop was completely empty and only one person behind the sandwich counter The sandwiches themselves had the potential for great flavors but there was something missing.

Ridiculously overpriced paid $55 for two sandwiches and two drinks. The sandwiches were about 6 inches long so not even a foot-long worth of food barely any meat a couple of slices of cheese that at some point you would bite and only get bread.

Overpriced. Not what it used to be. Paid almost $60 for two sandwiches and two bottles of water. A lot of bread with almost no meat. Thick cold bread. Not good ambiance. Used to be good. Not anymore.

if i can give this place -5 stars i would. How do you run out turkey in less than 2 hours of being open? How are you a deli and not order enough protein for the abundance of customers who come and expect a DELI to have enough ingredients for a sandwich. Came here once loved it. Until that changes my review will stay the same. -5 stars.

There’s a self service option, this is located inside what seems to be a residential building. For the hype that people were giving this place I had much higher expectations, what I received was a $29 sandwich with no drinks or chips. The interior Is not very inviting, nor is it even remotely up kept. I understand the vision they were going for but the execution for those prices and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. For the price I was also expecting a larger portion. I am very disappointed this is what everyone was raving about. Try it if you REALLY want to, like of like I did. But I highly doubt I’ll be going back, it’s not what everyone paints it to be. The food is not bad, it’s just not great either.
