Beauty and the Butcher was an outstanding restaurant. The appetizers, particularly the shrimp, were great. The steaks were perfectly prepared, and the service provided by the server was excellent. The ambiance was described as moody, dark, and romantic, with a delicious smell inside. The small touches were gorgeous, and diners were attended to promptly. The food, including the Korean BBQ, chicken breast in confit, and the truffle mac and cheese, was incredible. The Caesar salad and Pavlova dessert were also praised, and the homemade pasta was delicious. The only complaint was that the dining room felt too open, and some greenery or ceiling dividers would have been a nice addition.
