Birdie Bistro is a wonderful restaurant and a great location, representing the beloved legacy of the original Burger Bob's on the Granada Golf Course. The atmosphere is really nice, charming, and nostalgic, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a gorgeous view and an open, inviting feel. The service is incredible, amazing, outstanding, warm, and welcoming, with incredibly helpful and attentive staff who make guests feel right at home.
The menu is small but well-crafted, moving away from overwhelming mediocre options to focus on terrific, delicious food. It features affordable breakfasts and tasty lunches, with dishes like eggs Benedict, avocado toast, and a delicious Nutella and brownie milkshake for dessert. The food is prepared quickly without sacrificing quality.
