Rude people during the games!
Expensive! Loud! Ok food
Pound for pound the best pork schnitzel and a pretzel that is as good as being in Germany or Austria!

Food 11/10 vibes 12/10 atmosphere 30/10 air flow 0/10. I sat outside to watch one of the Fifa games all the way to the right on the picnic benches and there are no fans there is no air flow it feels like you're suffocating. I spoke to the service staff about the fan issue and was told the owner doesn't step outside/doesn't care. As much as I love the concept of a fun German sports bar it's hard to enjoy in the Miami heat :(. Honestly skip this place and go to Grazianos next door they have outdoor fans and are broadcasting all the soccer games and have fantastic food.

I paid to enter the establishment and was waiting for my son to arrive and watch the game with me, he was just going to arrive before the game started. I sat at a 2 person high top and immediately was approached by a man claiming to be manager who proceeded to kick me out because my son was not there yet. We both took day off from work to watch the Germany game but the restaurant would not honor my payment nor a grace period for my son to arrive. Customer service is not what it needs to be.

The owner is very rude, this is the second time watchin ga game at this place and while the first time i gave him the benefit of the doubt because we can all have bad days this time around he had no excuse. If you want to be treated like a 5 year old with condescending gestures then this is the place for you. I felt a little racist vibe in his actions.

The guy with the white apron at the door is on a power trip. I went there with my Argentinian friends all of us with our white and light blue jersey and the minute he saw us he mistreated us. Too bad … we felt so mistreated that we had to leave and go find another bar to watch the WC game.

Great place for watching soccer matches and enjoying great beer. It’s a mini Oktoberfest all the time. Servers are great and attentive. This last time we went during the World Cup, maybe the owner was having a bad day or maybe he needs to brush up on his people and managing skills… the latter seems more likely

Food was overpriced, the music was so loud & the speakers were blown out so it didn’t even sound good. No free water, paid $5 for a water bottle. Tip is included, so I assume that’s why the waitresses look like the hated their lives. I used to love coming here but a lot has changed. Don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon.

It’s the last World Cup you’re hosting and you’re scamming patrons? Letting them order only cups or one liters NO HALF LITERS
And then after we can order a ONE LITER- glass is not available anymore
So we have to drink 3 cups and pay that price to fill the liter?
How’s anyone else ok with this?
Also charging a cover to be inside and not outside?
I’m sorry but this is not what the bierhaus used to be. No wonder the arsenal fans stoped coming here
- the girls are awesome and they tell you this doesn’t make sense and it’s their bosses call that’s why I’m taking time to make this review!
Service is amazing 👏🏽
For many years, Fritz & Franz Bierhaus was a staple destination for soccer fans in Coral Gables. Part of its appeal was the vibrant atmosphere created by its connection to the surrounding public space, which allowed the venue to grow into a true community gathering point.
Over time, the city’s restrictions on the use of that public space appear to have changed the dynamic. Whether due to municipal policy, economics, or both, the experience today feels very different from what made Fritz & Franz special in the first place.
On major match days, customers now pay a $10 cover charge to enter a significantly smaller viewing area. Add the reported $30 price for a pint of beer during these events, and a fan can easily spend $40 just to walk in and enjoy a single drink.
What struck me most was the inconsistency in hospitality. When I requested a simple glass of house water, I was initially told no. I declined and moved on. Later, a complimentary bottle of water appeared, which I appreciated, but it only highlighted the confusion surrounding the customer experience.
The reality is that consumers have choices. A short walk away, establishments such as Graziano’s Restaurant offer beers at a fraction of the price without an admission fee.
The issue is not simply cost. Fans will pay for a premium experience. The issue is value. Fritz & Franz built its reputation on atmosphere, community, and authenticity. When pricing begins to overshadow those qualities, loyal patrons inevitably start asking whether the experience still justifies the expense.
The proof, as they say, is in the pudding.

I came here to watch the England vs. Croatia match. We had been sitting for barely 10 minutes before staff kept coming over every single minute asking if we were going to order. We eventually ordered our beers, but the waitress had a terrible attitude and kept pressuring us about ordering even after we had already told her what we wanted.
The whole experience felt rushed and extremely unwelcoming. We ended up getting up and leaving before even watching the game. Without a doubt, this was the worst service I have experienced in Miami. I will not be coming back.

Came here to watch the Netherlands vs. Japan soccer match and had a not so good time.
We were charged 10 dollars just to watch the game outside or 20 dollars if we wanted to be inside, and we were going to consume anyway.
Outside they didn’t even had chairs and our server was continuously asking if we were going to continue consuming, like, lady give me a break, we don’t want to get drunk. We already ordered 8-10 beers and she told us that her boss made her asked customers if they are going to continue drinking or otherwise they have to leave.
Overall, the service was disorganized and inattentive. I don’t recommend this place to anyone looking to watch a game.
