“Came to Sweetgreen to order my usual salad and was treated terribly by a rude employee named Yesenia. I asked her politely to add avocado, and she said, "We ran out of avocado yesterday." (Mind you), right in front of me was another salad with avocado. I pointed this out, saying, "Isn't that avocado then?" She replied curtly, "I am not allowed to serve avocados."

I was quite shocked. Clearly, there was another salad with avocado in it. I requested to speak to the manager, and Yesenia very abruptly said, "She's right there." At that moment, I directly asked Yesenia why she had been so rude. She responded dismissively, "I can't deal with this right now," and took off her gloves. Her manager, Luisa, had to take over and proceeded to make the salad for me.

My partner and I were speechless. We frequent this Sweetgreen location and have never had an issue until today. The manager, Luisa, explained that Yesenia was "going through something." While I understand and empathize, I honestly felt at that point that it was pointless to say anything further.

We paid for the two salads and sat outside the restaurant to eat them, while Yesenia sat across from us, presumably taking a break to cool off. This experience has led me to believe that the service these days has gone downhill, not just because of Yesenia's rudeness but also because of managers who don't hold employees accountable

“My go-to place to grab a quick, healthy, affordable meal, especially after the gym. Love the variety of protein options especially for vegan/vegetarians. My fav bowls are the Tokyo super greens and the edamame crunch! So good.

“I’ve been getting recommendations on eating here and was craving it for quite sometime… WOW! Today I couldn’t resist and ordered via uber eats, I was a bit concerned because Uber eats sometimes messes up the orders by not delivering the right food, forgetting something or by the temperature of the food not being the adequate to eat it… well that was not the case. The food was not only delicious but conveniently delivered to eat immediately. I loved the taste, the presentation and the combination of flavors. My highest recommendation to eat at Picadiyo, even though I didn’t go to the local, I’ve heard they have a great atmosphere and space there!“

The muscle pizza is the yummiest but so are their wraps! Our go to when we are in the area! Service is amazing and it’s an ok place to eat very mom and pop shop.“
