Miller's Ale House - Coral Gables

This place is always animated and full of fun people. It’s great for happy hours or for catching sports events on the TVs (both inside and outside). They also make great quesadillas!

Very nice restaurant, good food, generous portions. We were greeted by the manager, who stopped an administrative task he was doing in one of the booths, to seat us, get our drinks, and even wait on us if we wanted. All the while, engaging in pleasant conversation. Very impressive. Orlando was just the right amount of attentive without being pushy. He, too, had the gift of small-talk while being productive. Apps, meal, drinks, and dessert, were all served at a relaxing pace. I left out a star solely due to my experience in the food industry, in that, it still bothers me when we are not offered plates with our appetizers. Maybe its old-school standards but....

There were plenty of empty tables outside when we arrived, but they were all dirty. We sat at one and one of the waiters came over and grabbed a the dishes and said he'd be right back to clean the table if, but no one ever cleaned the table. The service and the food were just ok. In our opinion, there are plenty of other better restaurants in the area to eat at.

This place is always looking out for us. We have a large family and anytime we want to celebrate they always are so nice and accommodating and make us feel welcome and they are super attentive. The staff is lovely and friendly and always make sure we are being taken care of! Thank you ale house!

I ordered from the Miller's website for delivery and then a hour later I got a notification saying my food has arrived. When I went outside there was no one there. I called Ale house and the manager said that the food was still at the restaurant and no one picked it up for delivery ..he said my only option to get my food is to reorder the food and pay again.

Love to come here for good pub grub and great beer specials...how can you beat $10.95 buckets of Bud Light on Saturdays? Megan, Laura, and Carlos are outstanding bartenders. Recommend for sure.

Alex is a great server and super friendly. The kitchen is very slow. We waiting 30 minutes for our appetizer to come out and then another 30 minutes for our food which arrived cold.

This a great spot to have a beer and good food! The service is not the fastest one in Miami but it is nice. I am not giving it 5 stars since recently the food portions had been reduced! We have been ordering every time the same and the portions are drastically smaller, so bad! Still great flavor tho!

Impressed with the Xmas lights and Ambience. Beer choice and atmosphere was good but service received was very poor. Waited long time before we sat as no one attended. After we were seated once again waited long time, to be served and then had to go inside the bar and request someone to take our order. Poor attitude by waiter. He was not interested in taking care of the customers. I was slightly overcharged. Waiter dumped the bill and left.

Good food with very good service. Sports bar with a nice casual environment.

As a loyal fan of Miller’s Ale House, it disappoints me to say that the delivery service is awful. I’m a huge fan that always dines inside but today I wanted to try out their new delivery feature. Not only did my order take an hour to arrive (15 min more than their estimate arrival time and I live 10 min away), but the order was a disaster. Both of my orders were wrong and disappointing- I couldn’t finish my Zingers cause they were far too hot (used a wayyy hotter sauce than Honey BBQ) which triggered an asthma attack. As if that wasn’t enough, the brownie sundae was hard and stale- did not taste “fresh”. Won’t be ordering again.

Was at the restaurant for 50 minutes and we were never even acknowledged or asked what we wanted to drink we only received looks to see who was there, we then asked who was in charge of our table and that lead to another 10 minute wait before someone came our way. There was many employees going up and down by our table and no one stopped to take our order and we were constantly dismissed until someone finally notice and asked if we needed anything but it was already about an hour waiting. The food here is good, but costumer service way below par!!
