Very nice restaurant, good food, generous portions. We were greeted by the manager, who stopped an administrative task he was doing in one of the booths, to seat us, get our drinks, and even wait on us if we wanted. All the while, engaging in pleasant conversation. Very impressive. Orlando was just the right amount of attentive without being pushy. He, too, had the gift of small-talk while being productive. Apps, meal, drinks, and dessert, were all served at a relaxing pace. I...
There were plenty of empty tables outside when we arrived, but they were all dirty. We sat at one and one of the waiters came over and grabbed a the dishes and said he'd be right back to clean the table if, but no one ever cleaned the table. The service and the food were just ok. In our opinion, there are plenty of other better restaurants in the area to eat at.
This place is always looking out for us. We have a large family and anytime we want to celebrate they always are so nice and accommodating and make us feel welcome and they are super attentive. The staff is lovely and friendly and always make sure we are being taken care of! Thank you ale house!
