The menu features a variety of items, including fresh and well-prepared salmon, branzino, shrimp Diablo, oysters, and sea bass. The service is helpful and attentive, providing great quality service. The wine selection is good, and the chef takes the time to explain the preparation of dishes, such as the delicious Tiramisu. While the plate presentation could be improved, and some main dishes were found to be salty, the overall experience is enjoyable, with live music and a lovely atmosphere. NOMA Beach at Redfish is a hidden gem worth visiting again.
