This place makes no sense. The best thing they have on the menu are the soufflés yet they sell out by 7am. If you have an item that sells that well just make more. I work and live nearby and it happens 4 out 5 times that I attempt to buy them.

Mayara and another girl whose name I will ask to put it here because every time I have gone to this place she has been very professional. They treated me very well, I felt very comfortable. I went back the next day to look for breakfast for 10 people again and had lunch again and they always have good treatment and a smile.

The service was absolutely incredible. My coworkers and I went for lunch and the staff was so helpful, Howard, the manager, helped us move tables so we could sit comfortably together and helped us get all of our food quickly. He was available for any need and helped us with any question or thing that we needed. I didn't get his name but the man who helped us with our trash was absolutely incredible as well and helped us pick everything up; and the guy at the registers was so helpful and patient. I've never been to a better Panera bread the food was also absolutely scrumptious and the tastiest I've ever had. The ambiance was great and offered such a great selection of seating. This is such a great restaurant and I hope everything goes well for them. You rock Howard!

The new Panera bread smoothies are disgusting: they changed the ingredients on April 1st, before this they were made with real fruit and yogurt , I have been informed by staff there when I complained that my smoothie taste really off, they said “they removed the spinach , now they only use puree “ and it taste god awful. Panera is staring to get cheaper and cheaper with their food quality . I came here 3 times a week, I will have to find a new spot. The parfait was also disgusting and watery, the fruit looked 5 days old
I ordered a cappuccino- that was mostly milk and an egg sandwich full of oil and with an stale bread. Really low quality of food. Do not recomend it.

Ordered lunch for an office meeting - 4 sandwiches directly from Panera web site. One sandwich was missing. Called to inquire and was told that it would immediately be delivered with some extra sweet treats for the inconvenience. 30+ minutes later we receive a text that the Order had been personally delivered to the individual that ordered. NEVER HAPPENED! Spoke with Lindsey "the manager" who after having to explain it to her several times, was content on blaming Door Dash. Sorry Lindsey, we didnt place our order with Door Dash. Good thing we have multiple options to order from as Panera will no longer be one of them.
