Shouldn’t be allowed to open a business in America and no one in the facility speaks English. That’s completely absurd. They didn’t even try. Very upsetting!!

Placed an order 30 min in advance only to be told once I arrived that "they don't have the food available, would you like us to start making it now?" What is the point of ordering & paying in advance if im going to be forced to wait for the food to be made anyways.. was given the wrong juice and when I told the employee he claimed it the correct juice even though they are 2 completely different colors. The manager sitting at the window not supervising the employees probably doesn't help either..

No prices? You have to ask the cashier, and she might reluctantly tell you. Then, they keep the receipt. Do they charge whatever they want, or based on how sales are going for the day? I don't trust that system.

Beautiful and cozy, without a doubt the best cakes in Miami are eaten in this bakery ???!!!! I loved it, I would come back every day for my guava cake and the evaporated milk Cortadito, I loved it!!!

I love this bakery, their food is delicious, the service is phenomenal, all their employees are very friendly, I recommend the breakfasts are the best and be sure to try their cold coffees, they are very delicious.

It's 1:00 am, I went to buy sweets, I bought 3 sweets and all 3 were dry and old, I think they shouldn't sell old sweets

This place is outstanding and open 24hours! We usually get the Pan Con Bistec and it taste excellent. Pastries are great and especially when they come out warm. The coffee is not that good I must say. I asked for a cappuccino and got a very hot latte instead, I couldn’t drink it.. Could definitely use some work. Everything else is great!
