The Capital Burger offers delicious, high-end burgers. The food was excellent and the service was over the top. Customers appreciate the large, well-cooked burgers. The Blue Cheese & Black Truffle burger and the Roasted Wild Mushrooms & Swiss burger are popular choices, paired with sea salted fries and sweet potato fries. The buns were fluffy and soft, the meat was perfect and the cheese was deliciously creamy. The Roasted Brussels Sprout was amazing, with the spicy soy sauce giving it an extra layer of saltiness. For those who like peanut butter, the peanut butter vinaigrette is a great side for fries. The manager was in top of everything and super nice and welcoming. Servers were fantastic. While some found the setting a bit dark, the overall positive aspects make it a recommended dining option for those looking to indulge in a sophisticated burger experience.
