Multiple times I’ve come before 11 PM, the time it says in google that they close and they’ve already been closed with the employees inside cleaning.I don’t understand why the closing time won’t update on google if they just close earlier…..
Definitely consistent & great ice-cream quality, typically, when I go for Ice-cream and pay premium pricing I have to be in a good mood, but somehow the staff at this place brings you down with their poor customer service :/ bad attitude, and leaving you not wanting to go back.. Salt & Straw in Coconut Grove has much better service, friendly staff and just as great quality (if not even better), and a fun variety of flavors.
