“Great paletas!! A week ago we went to the Coral Gables location. Great service, the guy guide us about the different options we had, and his recommendations were awesome. Today we went to the Hollywood location. Very different experience. The paletas still great but the experience wasn’t good. The store looks boring, the guy was eating, and he wasn’t very kind.“
“This was my second time at a Shake Shack. My first time was a couple of years back at another location and honestly, I was not impressed with the service or the food. Today, my mom was craving a Strawberry Shake so I was looking for a place to take her and SS popped up on the search. I thought I would give it another try this time (near UM) at another location and I am so glad I did. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by Chereka and Debbie. We placed our order and much to our surprise, it was delicious!!I had the Korean Burger and my mom had the Avocado bacon. We also had fries, lemonade, Strawberry and Chocolate shakes.But honestly, the reason I am writing this review is because of the exceptional service these two women provided. They would go from table to make sure everyone had what they needed and shared their beautiful smiles and their lovely disposition with every person they encountered. They should both be recognized for their exceptional service and that establishment is fortunate to have them there. “Tuesday October 17 time was about 4 o’clock 415. I would like to say thank you to the young gentleman that’s very knowledgeable very friendly they don’t teach you to be that way. This guy is gonna make me wanna come back and recommend this place. This goes out to the owners you’re not just donuts I work in the hotel business five star you can’t get a doughnut like that outside I don’t wanna mention the other names of the other donut places that are supermarket convenient store kind of donuts. This place is five star I recommend the donuts for parties weddings. I will recommend that at the hotel there’s nothing wrong with having a little bit of sweets once in a while thank you very much. “Fantastic Pizza! Something about the cheese in this restaurant makes it so much more flavorful than any other. The edges are cooked to a crisp and the dough is absolutely delicious.The spaghetti was way to perfect!!! Loved all the extra cheese.NEW owners were present and extremely attentive and friendly.
