Cold Stone is hands down one of the best ice cream shops out there. The prices are totally reasonable considering the quality you get, and the flavor options are incredible. If you have a sweet tooth, this is absolute paradise! Just a friendly heads-up: it gets seriously addictive, so watch out for those extra pounds at the end of the month! That being said, while the ice cream is top-tier, I have to be honest and say this specific location isn't among my personal favorite spots of the franchise. Still, definitely worth a visit if you need a sugar rush!“

“Absolutely love this chill-in and definitely come by here way too often. There has definitely been some days where the order comes out a little wrong, and I normally don’t say something, but this one night I was with my friend and we both have two different, but similar orders. The main difference is my friend orders, oat milk, while I order regular milk. Unfortunately, I am allergic to oats, and when we received our ice creams, I immediately noticed that the young girl mixed them up. In this one case, I decided to go back in and ask for them to be redone. The other girl in the store was really kind and willing to make us the new batch, however, the one that made the mistake was not very happy. I noticed rude faces and snarky comments from her only. The one other girl was very kind and willing to make it work for us, but I was very uncomfortable and felt very unwelcome by the other girl with curly hair and glasses. I will likely be coming back of course, I just hope that This can be talked about within the team. P.s this is the only time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review for this place. Everyone of the other workers are so kind and willing to make some good ice cream.“

“Excellent gelato. My friend and I are sitting down at Copper29 for Happy Hour when it gets even merrier, as Haider (staff) offers us a sample of gelato. The samplers are fantastic, so go in and have gelato before our meals.

My friend ends up having their passion fruit yogurt gelato which apparently pairs wonderfully with the passion fruit martini at Copper29.
My favorite is their choco pistachio.
The ferrero rocher tastes exactly like ferrero.
Their coconut tastes great - like cocoa butter taste with white chocolate.

For those who like stuff that's not too sweet: their pistachio is a great choice.
They also have non-sugar gelato sweetened with stevia to keep that blood glucose in check.

Haider is friendly, clearly loves people and gelato, and so amazing at recommending flavors. Such a refreshing person to meet!!!“

KAREN saw my frustration and immediately went out of her way and was able to find me 1 in the freezer but needed to be decorated.
