“Emmy is amazing! In a world like ours where customers service often times feel like a thing of the past, she is a ray of sunshine. She greeted me when I walked in with the most genuine smile. She was very nice and polite from the moment I walked inside to the moment I left. She is a natural treasure!“

“A week ago I went to this store looking for a last minute cake for my Son’s Birthday. There were no more cakes in the size I needed and I didn’t have time to go elsewhere. KAREN saw my frustration and immediately went out of her way and was able to find me 1 in the freezer but needed to be decorated.
She stopped what she was doing and started to mix color blue to decorate my ? thanks to her I was able to arrived on time with my sons cake. You don’t find people like her anymore
She went out of her way, Excellent Customer Service!!!!“

“Absolutely love this chill-in and definitely come by here way too often. There has definitely been some days where the order comes out a little wrong, and I normally don’t say something, but this one night I was with my friend and we both have two different, but similar orders. The main difference is my friend orders, oat milk, while I order regular milk. Unfortunately, I am allergic to oats, and when we received our ice creams, I immediately noticed that the young girl mixed them up. In this one case, I decided to go back in and ask for them to be redone. The other girl in the store was really kind and willing to make us the new batch, however, the one that made the mistake was not very happy. I noticed rude faces and snarky comments from her only. The one other girl was very kind and willing to make it work for us, but I was very uncomfortable and felt very unwelcome by the other girl with curly hair and glasses. I will likely be coming back of course, I just hope that This can be talked about within the team. P.s this is the only time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a review for this place. Everyone of the other workers are so kind and willing to make some good ice cream.“

“Finally had the chance to visit the Ventanita! Drove up from Homestead for a pint of the Pistachio ice cream. Absolutely delicious! Well worth the drive, and the wait at the window.“

“This is hands down the best ice cream shop around! The flavors are so unique and absolutely incredible, especially the craboo (nance) and soursop ice cream paired with choco banana. It’s easily some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had, truly rivaling what I’ve tasted in Belize.

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. You can tell there’s so much care put into each scoop. If you’re looking for something beyond the typical ice cream experience, this place is a must-visit!“

“A perfect sweet treat on a hot day! Great kind service to top off the delicious treat! I will definitely be returning!“

“This Carvel location has exceeded my expectations for over 50 years! I first came here as a kid, and now as a senior, I still love the ice cream just as much. I also had the privilege of knowing the parents of the young man who runs the store today, and I can truly say the tradition continues. Everything in this place is still made with one main ingredient—love!“

“Gladys was great with the samples and the shake she made me blew my friggin mind.
I paid an extra $2 for her to throw a brownie in the shake and that was the best $2 I’ve spent in a long time. Didn’t get a pic of the shake b/c I vacuumed it down too fast 😆. It’s so hot out now though that I didn’t even get brain freeze.“
