Upon arrival you notice in big Sweet Melody's Crafter Ice Cream with a window on the left called"The Ventanita" which is where you order your ice cream. Pretty unique just like their ice creams. You can either check on their Instagram as they changed flavors every day and make new fresh batches as well. So don't expect to find them everyday which is like a Russian Roulette if you're lucky enough to find your favorite flavor because they're that delicious!Love it that they have a tiny bell or as they put it •You can ring my be-ee-ell, ring my bell" after reading that you know you're singing the song for sure! The system they use for invoicing charged me more for delivery based on our location than it should have and she called to explain that she over charged me and we made a plan on how to get a partial refund. “We stopped for ice cream one evening (recently) heading back from the Florida Keys... and were VERY IMPRESSED. The soft serve ice cream was cold, smooth and creamy - with very generous portions. It was then we discovered Redland's catered food and decided to take a chance on them this past weekend.We were BLOWN AWAY! The food was absolutely outstanding! We ordered traditional Cuban food and received amazing food with great authentic presentation. The moros rice was very, very moist and so plentiful. The yucca was buttery soft and very flavorful. The heaping mound of shredded pork was topped with caramel colored sautéed onions that smelled heavenly and who can forget my favorite - sweet plantains (Maduros) were cooked to perfection! We can't stop there - the Oreo ice cream cake was the perfect ending to our family birthday party. Easily served our guests with leftovers.We can't say enough about Redland's Ice Cream and Bakery. From their customer service when placing our order to the plentiful product they prepared and served. They were worth the drive!! The woman at the counter was really nice and was asking questions to make sure I enjoyed my coffee (I.e., if I wanted whipped cream, caramel sauce, any flavors, etc). There was a line outside the ice cream shop but was well worth it. We ordered the mango ice cream on a sugar cone and wow! I was obsessed. The flavor was amazing and it was so fresh. My partner got the vanilla soft serve with sprinkles and that was quite disappointing. We also got some of then cookie crisps which were okay, but not very fresh. Prices are also pretty steep. Each ice cream was $8 for a scoop or a small soft serve but again. I hope the mango stays on the menu for a while because it was so so good! Definitely a great spot with lots of ice cream, cookie, and ice cream cake options. Seating is outside on benches if you want to eat it there!“
