“I’ve been here before but I brought in some new friends for some ice cream after an event and Frank treated us like VIPs! He really did not have to be sooo nice, but he truly was the sweetest. He let us taste almost the whole menu and he recommended the salted caramel & whisky which was phenomenal.“

“A new favorite for our gelato-loving family. We tried several flavors and it's hard to choose! All of them were great. You can't go wrong with the Dulce de leche. The coconut is great, too. The lemon is so refreshing and the texture is meringue like, totally lovable.
They serve wafer cookies freshly made in store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer, I would become a regular. If you love Argentinian style gelato, you have to give this place a try. Parking (street and public garage) around the block.“
“This is honestly one of the most incredible ice cream places I’ve ever been to. It’s not just the quality or the fact that everything tastes so artisanal and authentic — it’s the intention, love, and care you can truly feel behind every flavor.
Every time I go, it feels like a beautiful experience, not just getting dessert. There’s something so special about the way they make their ice cream. You can taste the dedication and passion in every bite.
And somehow, it’s the only ice cream that never makes me feel heavy or bad afterward. Everything feels clean, balanced, and made with real ingredients and real heart. That energy translates into the flavor and the whole experience.

“Miss Fran is the absolute sweetest! She is running the store on her own and doing it beautifully. I've been a big back on my trip and i've come multiple days in a row, not once was i shamed LOL. Try the Goey Butter cake cookie sandwich with strawberry shortcake ice cream and fruity pebbles. Top it with caramel !!! so yum!“

“Just stopped by Banana Daddy’s new Midtown location and had an awesome experience. I tried the mango matcha, and it was delicious. I asked the employee what kind of matcha they use, and they told me it’s ceremonial-grade matcha, which definitely showed in the quality and taste.
Their signature dairy-free banana ice cream is really unique and absolutely worth trying. They also have a bunch of fun treats and some really cute merch that gives the shop a great vibe.
I took a few items to go, and they really went above and beyond. They packed everything in a sturdy insulated bag lined to keep it cold and even included two ice packs, which I really appreciated in the Miami heat.
The location is super convenient in Midtown, the store looks great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!“

“Visiting Miami for a fitness competition and Ciao Amore was right by our Airbnb, the perfect spot for some morning coffee and delicious pastries! Brenda was absolutely lovely and made sure my coffee was made just the way I like it every time. We came back later in the evening for amazing gelato. Wonderful and cute establishment with warm service! 10/10 would recommend!“

“I recently visited Below Zero in Miami and had the opportunity to try their pistachio ice cream. My experience at this ice cream shop was nothing short of delightful. I opted for the pistachio ice cream, one of my favorite flavors, and it did not disappoint in the slightest. The texture was smooth and creamy, and the pistachio flavor was authentic and flavorful. “Love Japow! The Strawberry Daifuku flavor is exceptional. One the best shaved ice I've ever had. It's so delicate, creamy, and delicious. The quality of the chocolate, the fresh strawberries , and mini mochi take it over the top. It's nice they use natural flavors. Loved the service. We had no idea what to order and the lady there helped us figure out what we should try by asking us if we preferred fruity or creamy flavors or both. We decided chocolate and strawberries would be best, and she was right! Best choice! This place is special. Whenever in Design District will be back for sure.“
“Excellent gelato. My friend and I are sitting down at Copper29 for Happy Hour when it gets even merrier, as Haider (staff) offers us a sample of gelato. The samplers are fantastic, so go in and have gelato before our meals.
My friend ends up having their passion fruit yogurt gelato which apparently pairs wonderfully with the passion fruit martini at Copper29.
My favorite is their choco pistachio.
The ferrero rocher tastes exactly like ferrero.
Their coconut tastes great - like cocoa butter taste with white chocolate.
For those who like stuff that's not too sweet: their pistachio is a great choice.
They also have non-sugar gelato sweetened with stevia to keep that blood glucose in check.
Haider is friendly, clearly loves people and gelato, and so amazing at recommending flavors. Such a refreshing person to meet!!!“

“Puffles Miami was absolutely worth the hype! We ordered do it for the gram, but stayed for the taste. The presentation is adorable and Instagram-worthy, but the best part is that it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, sweet, and the perfect treat for a Miami day.
If you’re visiting Miami, this is a must-have stop. Great flavors, great photos, and an even better dessert experience. Highly recommend!“

“Best mexican paletas in Miami. I always stop here when in town. They have a huge selection of paletas. I don't buy anything else other than the paletas. The family that runs it are so sweet and polite. FYI cash only so come prepared. The price is reasonable too.“

“I've tried many gelato places in south beach and so far this is the best one.
Some of them melt right away and some are a little too sweet. I tried hazelnut and kinder and the creamy texture and sweetness was perfect, also I did not notice it melting right away while eating it outside at around 76° in December. This is not a problem for me, but it's just different than the other places I've been to. I tried a different place the day before that had a 5 star rating and the ice cream was too sweet and it was melting right away. This one should have a 5 star rating so now there's no point in going anywhere else for gelato.“

“Stopped by Freddo on Española Way and it definitely hit the spot. The gelato was super creamy and packed with flavor — the strawberry tasted fresh and not overly sweet. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The texture was smooth and rich without feeling too heavy.
The atmosphere around Española Way adds to the experience too. It’s a great place to grab something cold while walking around and people-watching. Service was friendly and the portions were fair.“

The ice cream here is absolutely incredible — rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really stood out, though, was the service. The young man working in the afternoon was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. He made the experience even better with his great attitude and attention.
