The ice cream here is absolutely incredible — rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care. What really stood out, though, was the service. The young man working in the afternoon was extremely kind, friendly, and helpful. He made the experience even better with his great attitude and attention.

“This place is amazing. We are regular now. Delfina was amazing. She sowed us different flavors and helped us to make the best decision. We had the Dubai chocolate with vodka ice cream plus a dubai chocolate bar and a flight to go. So so good. We will come back next week to try the new flavor of mezcal with mango! Sounds amazing!!!! Oh and the new packaging with Brito design is so beautiful“

“A new favorite for our gelato-loving family. We tried several flavors and it's hard to choose! All of them were great. You can't go wrong with the Dulce de leche. The coconut is great, too. The lemon is so refreshing and the texture is meringue like, totally lovable.
They serve wafer cookies freshly made in store. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer, I would become a regular. If you love Argentinian style gelato, you have to give this place a try. Parking (street and public garage) around the block.“

The ice cream was superb and this is coming from an ice cream enthusiast! Delicious, authentic ice cream. My favorite was the Mint Chip. Denise, the girl who attended us, was delightful. Give her a promotion! She was so patient and excited telling us about all the flavors. We sampled so many. She seemed to really love her job, making our experience even better. Bring Van Leeuwen to Puerto Rico!“

“My 2 kids and my wife absolutely loved this place!! Highly recommend. We chose this over Gelato and didnt regret it. This pic is- the cookie monster cookie top with cookies and creme ice cream and a brownie bottom for under $11. You can add sprinkles or chunks of candy bars or broken up cookies for extra fee. Bathrooms were super clean.“

“I recently visited Below Zero in Miami and had the opportunity to try their pistachio ice cream. My experience at this ice cream shop was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the variety of flavors and the cozy ambiance of the place. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I opted for the pistachio ice cream, one of my favorite flavors, and it did not disappoint in the slightest. The texture was smooth and creamy, and the pistachio flavor was authentic and flavorful. I could taste the quality of the ingredients used in every spoonful. Overall, my experience at Below Zero was excellent. The pistachio ice cream is a true gem, and I'm looking forward to returning to try out other flavors. If you're in Miami and are an ice cream lover, I highly recommend paying a visit to Below Zero. “We stopped in with our two kids and they were very patient and offered a number of samples. Did not feel rushed at all and they were very kind. All the flavors we tested were super tasty and creamy. Offered us a little water bottle for the kids too. And the iced oat latte was amazing! V impressed :)“

“If you're in Miami and battling the heat, craving a delicious ice cream to cool down, Cielito Wynwood is the perfect spot. They boast over 46 flavors, including Dubai chocolate, mint lemonade, lime pie and more. I personally tried the pineapple with jalapeño and tahini, and it was absolutely delicious! Come check them out – the prices are fair, and the place is super cute for photos, right in the heart of Wynwood.“

“Visiting Miami for a fitness competition and Ciao Amore was right by our Airbnb, the perfect spot for some morning coffee and delicious pastries! Brenda was absolutely lovely and made sure my coffee was made just the way I like it every time. We came back later in the evening for amazing gelato. Wonderful and cute establishment with warm service! 10/10 would recommend!“

“Delicious bubble waffle ice cream that was made and presented beautifully by Brianna. We got the berry bubble waffle, thai tea with boba, and lychee lemonade, which I would skip next time. The thai tea boba was great though and waffle with ice cream was incredible“
“Amazing staff! I love Banana Daddy! the staff are super friendly and educated about the products and overall excited to be at work. Its more than an ice cream store selling banana soft serve. They offer homemade snacks, vitamin supplements, banana syrups, bulk size cold brew, dog treats, tshirts & daddy merch. I got a buffalo chicken turnover. My god! super fresh, not greasy and not too spicy. I also enjoy the chia pudding with berries on top made from coconut milk and yogurt! very light refreshing treat. I will be returning for sure“

“This is not your typical ice cream shop. It’s a haven for experimental ice cream connoisseurs—the kind of place that turns ingredients that should be forbidden in ice cream into something unexpectedly fabulous. Their seasonal menu is always an adventure; only Salt & Straw could make an elote ice cream with cotija cheese and corn taste genuinely delicious.
They let you sample every flavor so you know exactly what you’re getting into. My personal favorite is the Salty Donut guava and cheese, and another standout is the honey lavender.“

“Love Japow! The Strawberry Daifuku flavor is exceptional. One the best shaved ice I've ever had. It's so delicate, creamy, and delicious. The quality of the chocolate, the fresh strawberries , and mini mochi take it over the top. It's nice they use natural flavors. Loved the service. We had no idea what to order and the lady there helped us figure out what we should try by asking us if we preferred fruity or creamy flavors or both. We decided chocolate and strawberries would be best, and she was right! Best choice! This place is special. Whenever in Design District will be back for sure.“

“Best mexican paletas in Miami. I always stop here when in town. They have a huge selection of paletas. I don't buy anything else other than the paletas. The family that runs it are so sweet and polite. FYI cash only so come prepared. The price is reasonable too.“

“love Rita's it's my weekend treat best custard I have ever experienced .Gelati is my absolute favorite ! I want everyone to try Rita's custard and enjoy the experience as u do .I'm known there so I get VIP treatment everytime!“
“We tried a little bit of everything and the experience was amazing.
We started with the liquor-infused gelato from QUORE, which is truly unique and very well crafted — you can taste the quality in every flavor.
Then we moved on to the artisanal gelato from Gelato E Macchiato, all incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. We also tried the sugar-free options, which were surprisingly good and didn’t compromise on taste at all.
To finish, we had an incredible coffee that was the perfect ending to the experience.
Definitely a place to come back to and highly recommend.“

“I took my mom here for ice cream on a random afternoon. I was pleasantly surprised by its prices and just old school charm. We had soft serve in cones nothing fancy but just as effective (and very affordable) on a hot Miami day. We sat outside (they only have outdoor seating) on one of their little picnic tables and enjoyed people watching. All in all, I'm so happy a little place still like this still exists in Miami.“

“I've tried many gelato places in south beach and so far this is the best one.
Some of them melt right away and some are a little too sweet. I tried hazelnut and kinder and the creamy texture and sweetness was perfect, also I did not notice it melting right away while eating it outside at around 76° in December. This is not a problem for me, but it's just different than the other places I've been to. I tried a different place the day before that had a 5 star rating and the ice cream was too sweet and it was melting right away. This one should have a 5 star rating so now there's no point in going anywhere else for gelato.“
