“Visiting Miami for a fitness competition and Ciao Amore was right by our Airbnb, the perfect spot for some morning coffee and delicious pastries! Brenda was absolutely lovely and made sure my coffee was made just the way I like it every time. We came back later in the evening for amazing gelato. “I've tried many gelato places in south beach and so far this is the best one.
Some of them melt right away and some are a little too sweet. I tried hazelnut and kinder and the creamy texture and sweetness was perfect, also I did not notice it melting right away while eating it outside at around 76° in December. This is not a problem for me, but it's just different than the other places I've been to. I tried a different place the day before that had a 5 star rating and the ice cream was too sweet and it was melting right away. This one should have a 5 star rating so now there's no point in going anywhere else for gelato.“

“I'm from Philly where Rita's originated and have been wanting to try the location down here.
It's in a strip mall but very convenient. Parking might be an issue at certain times because there are a lot of other businesses in the mall. The young lady behind the counter was very fast and friendly. The place is clean and has tables inside so you can sit and enjoy.“

“Always great ice cream and great customer service! You can try a bunch of flavors. They have decent sized gluten free menu (recommend googling online), vegan options, and dairy-free options. The location is also fantastic because you can walk Lincoln Road after grabbing ice cream which is always a lively activity.“
“Stopped by Freddo on Española Way and it definitely hit the spot. The gelato was super creamy and packed with flavor — the strawberry tasted fresh and not overly sweet. You can tell they use quality ingredients. The texture was smooth and rich without feeling too heavy.
The atmosphere around Española Way adds to the experience too. It’s a great place to grab something cold while walking around and people-watching. Service was friendly and the portions were fair.“

“It went super viral, so we wanted to try it! We visited the Miami location, and they had ice cream flavors exclusive to Miami. We even customized our own mine had KitKat in it. I liked it, but it wasn’t a total wow for me. Next time, I’ll definitely try something different. The portions were pretty big!“

“Not sure why this place doesn’t get more recognition. It is legit a gelato lover’s dream! It’s The gelato is so tasty, with a rich, creamy texture that’s pure perfection. Not too sweet, just the right balance of indulgence. I went wild sampling flavors (they let me try as much as I wanted—love that lol), and the pistachio, coconut, and cookies and cream stole the show
Pistachio was nutty bliss, coconut was a tropical escape, and cookies and cream had decadent chunks in every bite (think traditional rich creamy cookies and cream with the right amount of crunch and grainy rocky cookie texture). Staff were super friendly, super patient

“I’ve been to Italy a dozen times and this gelato at Davinci is excellent! I think the coolest part is you can actually get gelato that’s made with buffalo milk which has 40% more protein and 30% less sugar. They also use all natural cane sugar, so it just tastes phenomenal. I tried a few of the other gelato places, and this is the one to go to.“

“We tried 3 different gelato shops while in Miami. This one by far was the best bang for the buck. I got 2 scoops and a bottle of water for what 1 scoop cost at a different shop. I tried the lemon and the mango gelato as it was super hot outside and they seemed to be refreshing flavors. Would definitely come back to Mamma Mia if we are ever back in Miami.“
