Love ben and jerrys. :) But the service here was disappointing. I stated that I had a nut allergy and had asked if they could use a different scoop - no response from worker. I asked if a specific icecream was nut free to double check, as I have an anaphylactic nut allergy. The worker told me “i dont know, you can read the ingredients there” (on the label). Simple but nice small commercial ice cream shop. It’s Ben & Jerry’s so the ice cream is consistently good. Inside is clean and comfortable environment with low volume pop music playing.Sunday night 8:30 pm, not busy at all. 5 star location of the large Vermont ice cream chain. 5 star service for 5 star ice cream in a mellow location off Lincoln Road.5 star service. I've always liked this particular ice cream parlor because they hire nice polite kids for the counter.
