McDonald's isn't my favorite. Rarely eat there, except for when my teen has a Nuggets Craving. The store is super clean and modern. The food when fresh is good. Definitely beats the one on Washington/Lincoln Rd. Which is a tourist trap.
Worst customer experience ever. Probably understaffed and took too long for the orders.Bathroom is always locked and cashier has to open it. I realized that after 3 attempts of trying to go there, but there’s no sign about that. A woman had the same experience.No refills either.

Stopped by at 10.15 to grab a small snack, was told that only meal items 1-5 were available. Ordered a big Mac meal and requested medium, was told that only large was available. When the food came the chips were stale and Luke warm, and burger did not taste remotely fresh. If o had known that I was going to be forced to upside/ upgrade for food that tasted like it had been sitting out I would have passed.
