If you like McDonald's then you'll like the food here, no problem with that. Service is terrible and toilets often out of order. When you select to eat 'here' and not 'to go' you're asked to type the number of your table and you still have to wait at the counter, there is no table service even though you're eating in.

They absolutely refuse to take my order at the counter and demand that I use the screen to order when I don’t want to order that way and touch the screen. Nobody will take my order at the physical register. It’s extremely lazy and against the store policy.

I recently visited the McDonald's at Alton road Miami beach during my lunch break and was deeply disappointed by the experience. I ordered a 6-piece chicken nugget meal with fries. Despite requesting no salt on my fries, I was served salted fries. Additionally, when asked for my choice of sauce, I was given the wrong one. Most concerning, I discovered a live cockroach inside my chicken nugget box.
This was both upsetting and unacceptable, especially after spending $25 on meals for three people. Last week, my friend also found a dead fly in her food at this location, which I initially thought was an isolated incident. Clearly, there are ongoing issues.
This location urgently needs to be inspected, sanitized, and held to higher standards of cleanliness and customer service. I hope this feedback helps bring attention to these issues and leads to immediate corrective actions.

Waiter was screaming the numbers, after a while went to the counter because she called my number, she gave my food in a bag and I asked why because I order to eat on the restaurant, she answered didn’t have more trays, being trays standing there, after I asked why the order wasn’t on the table since I choose to place on the table she said don’t don’t bring food to the table, so what’s the point of choose a number plate to bring deliver on the table?! Very bad service.
