I went to dinner with my family on Monday, April 1, 2024 and my 8-year-old daughter ate almost an entire raw burger. We realized in the end we went to complain and far from giving us a solution, the person in charge on duty was not even able to apologize. (Nisoura told me it's her name) she laughed in my face and didn't give me a solution and apologized, treating herself very badly.

The worst McDonalds I have visited in my entire life and in the entire world. Very dirty and the worst of all is that they didn't even sell me food because they told me that the bills I had were old and they wouldn't accept them (and they are legal tender!). I'm never coming back.

walking up to pick up an order is like russian roulette.....you will see apx 6 back line walking around...chatting....ignoring any eye contact in abject fear they may have to actually minimally serve the guest...last 4x for breakfast got orange juice...all water...told em " change juice bag guys"..each visit after apx 3 glasses of orange water.....someone who speaks english changes bag.....voila!.. orange juice.....ive quit going here period...try another location if you dont wanna worry about being ignored, worry about triple checking order for missing items. big fat no on this spot all :)

I don't recommend anyone to come here because the staff here is a complete enemy of the customer because even if the customers and delivery carriers call out to the employees at the checkout no one cares, they run as far away from the checkout as possible and don't care about the people waiting at the checkout.2. The problem is that when there is no running water in the restroom, it is not written on the restroom door that there is no running water, although I told this to an employee, he said don't bother with me, I am eating, stay away from me and laughed and made fun of me because my hands were soapyThe staff working here is a complete enemy of the customer, please no one should shop here, everyone working in a business should always help customers and treat them in a friendly, warm and sincere manner.

Stopped by at 10.15 to grab a small snack, was told that only meal items 1-5 were available. Ordered a big Mac meal and requested medium, was told that only large was available. When the food came the chips were stale and Luke warm, and burger did not taste remotely fresh. If o had known that I was going to be forced to upside/ upgrade for food that tasted like it had been sitting out I would have passed.
