Love ben and jerrys. :) But the service here was disappointing. I stated that I had a nut allergy and had asked if they could use a different scoop - no response from worker. I asked if a specific icecream was nut free to double check, as I have an anaphylactic nut allergy. The worker told me “i dont know, you can read the ingredients there” (on the label). Rude attitude and no interest in saying hi or conversing. I’m sorry if they were having a bad day but it is no reason to project it onto customers. :/

Simple but nice small commercial ice cream shop. It’s Ben & Jerry’s so the ice cream is consistently good. Inside is clean and comfortable environment with low volume pop music playing.Sunday night 8:30 pm, not busy at all. Only 4 tables inside, but all full since there’s so little room.Several combinations of flavors to choose from, so if you just want plain flavors like vanilla or chocolate, this isn’t the place.But there’s a walk through plaza just outside so every night basically it’s a nice place to just walk up and down seeing all the sights eating your ice cream.I recommend and will be back :)

By far my least favorite Ben and Jerry's that I have been to... I am a huge fan of Ben and Jerry's and every time I go on vacation I always have to have "their" ice cream. I decided to visit this cute little location on a hot day on the strip and was just appalled by lack of choices of ice cream; which never happens. One section on the right cooler did not have ANY ICE-CREAM to choose from..???? It was an empty cooler?? And on the left side with the other selection were boxes of ice cream cartons with little to no ice cream? How can they start the day with no ice cream for their customers? They were not even open that long since they opened at 1pm. Super disappointed with this location and the lack of icecream. Will not be going back.

I love love the ice cream. But the reason for the low stars is because the gentleman working this evening, gave us the smallest scoop of ice cream - 1 scoop and for almost $8 I was so disgusted!!!

5 star location of the large Vermont ice cream chain. 5 star service for 5 star ice cream in a mellow location off Lincoln Road.5 star service. I've always liked this particular ice cream parlor because they hire nice polite kids for the counter. In a neighborhood with at least 5 nearby I've cream places that gets my business...great service as a way to differentiate.5 star ice cream. I almost always get the fro yo version of Cherry Garcia, still as good but less of calorie and cholesterol bomb than the original.5 star ambience. Even though it's now a unit of enormous multinational Unilever, they still manage to project the founders' hippy vibe. This particular location is about as mellow and quiet as you can get at the corner of Lincoln and Alton
Visited Ben & Jerry's, awesome colourful store with many of the classic B&J flavours to pick from. The waffle cup is very cool, more places should have that option! The flavours and quality were typically deliciousThe service was weird. We walked in and weren't acknowledged by either of the assistants, had to wait for them to finish their tasks before taking our order (we were the only ones in the store) and not more than three words were said by the guy who took our order. It was at odds with the vibe one expects a Ben&Jerry's store to have....

Located right next to the movie theater. Took the kids there to have ice cream before the movie . They loved it. You can never go wrong with Ben & Jerry's

Was very disappointed in this location right by the movie theater at Lincoln Road. Server was very unwelcoming, like we were in her way and our ice cream was "frosty" (freezer taste)
