Cold Stone is hands down one of the best ice cream shops out there. The prices are totally reasonable considering the quality you get, and the flavor options are incredible. If you have a sweet tooth, this is absolute paradise! Just a friendly heads-up: it gets seriously addictive, so watch out for those extra pounds at the end of the month! That being said, while the ice cream is top-tier, I have to be honest and say this specific location isn't among my personal favorite spots of the franchise. Still, definitely worth a visit if you need a sugar rush!“

This is officially one of my absolute favorite Cold Stone spots. The staff here is the best you will find across any location; everyone is incredibly attentive and dedicated to their customers. Both the owner and the employees are wonderful people who show so much care and devotion to what they do. Huge shoutout to them, and of course, to the dark chocolate with Oreo mix—it's unbeatable! God bless them always. They truly deserve all the success!“

“This is honestly one of the most incredible ice cream places I’ve ever been to. It’s not just the quality or the fact that everything tastes so artisanal and authentic — it’s the intention, love, and care you can truly feel behind every flavor.
Every time I go, it feels like a beautiful experience, not just getting dessert. There’s something so special about the way they make their ice cream. You can taste the dedication and passion in every bite.
And somehow, it’s the only ice cream that never makes me feel heavy or bad afterward. Everything feels clean, balanced, and made with real ingredients and real heart. That energy translates into the flavor and the whole experience.

“Just stopped by Banana Daddy’s new Midtown location and had an awesome experience. I tried the mango matcha, and it was delicious. I asked the employee what kind of matcha they use, and they told me it’s ceremonial-grade matcha, which definitely showed in the quality and taste.
Their signature dairy-free banana ice cream is really unique and absolutely worth trying. They also have a bunch of fun treats and some really cute merch that gives the shop a great vibe.
I took a few items to go, and they really went above and beyond. They packed everything in a sturdy insulated bag lined to keep it cold and even included two ice packs, which I really appreciated in the Miami heat.
The location is super convenient in Midtown, the store looks great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the area!“

“Was in the area when I searched for frozen yogurt near me and found this place. The ice cream was phenomenal with tons of variety- specifically the guava, ferrero chocolate, and passion fruit were my favorite. All the toppings are fresh and full of variety. The cashier was very nice as well! Will definitely come back and bring family and friends.“

“I recently visited Below Zero in Miami and had the opportunity to try their pistachio ice cream. My experience at this ice cream shop was nothing short of delightful. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the variety of flavors and the cozy ambiance of the place. The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I opted for the pistachio ice cream, one of my favorite flavors, and it did not disappoint in the slightest. The texture was smooth and creamy, and the pistachio flavor was authentic and flavorful. Came for the ice cream, stayed because of Juan.
Juan is absolutely the GOAT. From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, funny, and somehow made choosing between 20 amazing flavors feel like the easiest decision of my life. His energy was unmatched, his recommendations were elite, and he made the whole experience 10x better.
Salt & Straw already has incredible ice cream, but employees like Juan are what make people want to come back. Give this man a raise, a promotion, a trophy, and maybe even the keys to the store.
If you get served by Juan, congratulations—you’ve just met a legend.“

“Love Japow! The Strawberry Daifuku flavor is exceptional. One the best shaved ice I've ever had. It's so delicate, creamy, and delicious. The quality of the chocolate, the fresh strawberries , and mini mochi take it over the top. It's nice they use natural flavors. Loved the service. We had no idea what to order and the lady there helped us figure out what we should try by asking us if we preferred fruity or creamy flavors or both. We decided chocolate and strawberries would be best, and she was right! Best choice! This place is special. Whenever in Design District will be back for sure.“
“Excellent gelato. My friend and I are sitting down at Copper29 for Happy Hour when it gets even merrier, as Haider (staff) offers us a sample of gelato. The samplers are fantastic, so go in and have gelato before our meals.
My friend ends up having their passion fruit yogurt gelato which apparently pairs wonderfully with the passion fruit martini at Copper29.
My favorite is their choco pistachio.
The ferrero rocher tastes exactly like ferrero.
Their coconut tastes great - like cocoa butter taste with white chocolate.
For those who like stuff that's not too sweet: their pistachio is a great choice.
They also have non-sugar gelato sweetened with stevia to keep that blood glucose in check.
Haider is friendly, clearly loves people and gelato, and so amazing at recommending flavors. Such a refreshing person to meet!!!“

“Puffles Miami was absolutely worth the hype! We ordered do it for the gram, but stayed for the taste. The presentation is adorable and Instagram-worthy, but the best part is that it was absolutely delicious. Fresh, sweet, and the perfect treat for a Miami day.
If you’re visiting Miami, this is a must-have stop. Great flavors, great photos, and an even better dessert experience. Highly recommend!“

The two employees that took care of us lady and Valeria, were so friendly, we felt very well taken care off and they encouraged us to try more flavors…. The icecream were so creamy, not overly sweet and this takes my back to an icecream shop that we visit each year in Bergamo, called Gemma.
