We had a curbside order that we waited over 20 minutes past the “ready” time, then they gave it to another customer, waited another 20 for it to be remade and when we got home all our sides were missing & some of the custom requests on the sandwiches were wrong. Called the store & spoke to manager, Ashley. She was so apologetic & promptly refunded our full amount, over $70!
