Kevaughn messed up my order not one not twice but three times and had an attitude about changing it. I went into the store. I spoke to the manager Brian and he figured it all out, remade my food and gave me the refund, thank God for Brian.
Tables and floors were dirty, waited 12 mins for someone to see us in lobby, still did not take our order. We ordered from kiosk. Bathroom sinks were dirty, no toilet paper in bathroom, even tho there is a sign stating it's checked every 30 mins . Manager or supervisor kept talking down to employees, felt really bad for them. I made a mobile order to this location and received nothing close to what I ordered. I ordered a cheesy double beef burrito which comes with beef, cheese, tortilla chips, and rice (which I asked to be removed). Instead I received a burrito with only beans and cheese, not even any meat. I’ve let things like this go, but my order is consistently wrong. I would not advise anyone who likes Taco Bell to go to this location.
