Service at the drive thru has been rude in the past so i placed my order at the kiosk inside.
I was missing 2/7 items and when I called to ask for a refund nobody answered the phone.
Paid extra for avocado ranch in my burrito today, but I did not receive it. I took the food to go so I didn’t notice until I started eating at home. I’ll be sure to ask for sauces on the side from now on.
They are definitely trying to improve which I can respect, they confirmed my mobile order at the drive through to avoid mistakes which I liked, definitely a bit slow still for fast food but I think they are on the right path.
